Mr. Andrew Chew

Andrew is a director in ING Bank N.V. based out of Singapore, originating and structuring sustainable finance transactions across financial products such as loans, bonds and financial derivatives. 

In his current role, he engages both corporate and financial institutions clients across APAC on why and how to incorporate sustainability into the conventional financial instruments ING extends.

Before joining ING in 2016, he worked in Standard Chartered Bank, looking after the bank’s relationships with asset managers and hedge funds. Prior to that he spent 8 years in various roles, first as an equity derivatives trader and later, as a fixed income salesperson. His financial markets roles spanned both Hong Kong and Singapore, for firms including JP Morgan and Nomura.

Andrew has 18 years of banking and financial markets experience and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in the USA. His views are regularly sought after in panel discussions and interviews.
