Mr. Dave Mackerness

Dave joined Kaer in 2005 to accelerate Asia’s transition to clean and renewable cooling.

With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Dave played a pivotal role in transitioning Kaer to the Cooling as a Service (CaaS) business model, and now leads the Customer Success team. He is also the product owner of Kaer Connect (Kaer’s digital CX platform) specialising in customer insights that guide Kaer’s digital experience.

Outside his role at Kaer, Dave is a Senior Leadership Fellow with the Advanced Service Group at Aston Business School and is a founding member of the SET Alliance where he sits on the steering committee.
