► ►Seng Leong is a partner in our practice in Singapore and Jakarta and is also our Global Lead Advisory Leader for the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction sector.  

► ►Seng-Leong has been with EY in for more than 20 years and spent 3 years with the EY Transaction Advisory Services group in New York. 

► ►He provides clients with advice on M&A, deal structuring, due diligence and related financing analysis and accounting consultation, and has also advised on many cross-border transactions. Seng Leong’s industry experience spread across various industries such as real estate and consulting services.
